  • How much does your beef cost?
    We sell our beef for $3.00/lb. hanging weight. An average quarter is approximately 225 lbs., depending on the size of the animal. Processing of your beef averages around 80 cents/lb. of hanging weight.
  • Are you licensed to sell individual cuts of beef and chicken?
    We are! We are inspected and licensed by the Michigan Department of Rural Development (MDARD). This allows us to legally warehouse meat in our inspected building and freezers.
  • How do I order a quarter, half or whole beef?
    Call or text us with your order and we'll add you to the list. We require $100 deposit.
  • What form of payment do you accept?
    We accept all major credit and debit cards, EBT, Zelle, Venmo, cash, or check.
  • Do you offer custom cuts for chicken?
    We try to accommodate special requests. Ask us, and we'll ask our processor! Leg quarters, chicken backs, gizzards, feet, etc
  • What cuts of meat will I get?
    That's up to you! Once your beef is being processed, we will have you contact the butcher directly where you can order exactly how you would like your beef cut-up. They will also be able to help you with any questions you may have regarding processing and cuts.
  • What do you feed your chickens?
    Our chickens are fed a corn and soybean meal ration developed especially for the healthy growth of our birds, sourced from a local elevator.
  • What do you feed your cattle?
    We have a beef animal nutritionist who makes sure our cattle are fed the proper amount of each ingredient as to remain healthy and develop a quality meat for your table. Our beef ration consists of corn, hay, vitamins and minerals.
